Etch Primer – Activated
DNA® Etch Primer is a zinc chromate–free, activated primer engineered for superior adhesion to both ferrous and non-ferrous metals including zinc, chrome, aluminium, and galvanised substrates. This versatile primer is compatible with all DNA® topcoats and can be applied wet-on-wet. It offers excellent corrosion and chemical resistance, forming a strong bond to properly prepared metal surfaces. Requiring only one to two coats, it dries to a matte green finish and is exceptionally easy to use.
Mixing Ratio: 1:1 with Etch Activated Reducer
1K Epoxy Etch Primer
DNA® 1K Epoxy Etch Primer is a ready-to-use, single-component primer formulated to enhance adhesion on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It combines epoxy technology with etching properties to deliver reliable corrosion resistance and outstanding surface bonding. No mixing is required—simply apply directly to properly prepared metal.
Available in grey or black.
